My thought about My Evolve Program. Comments are welcome

You see, I have been developing website for almost two years now, Even though not a professional, but my skill is uprising. I just want to make a suggestion that i think will make the world a better place.

I am thinking creating a platform that works like YouTube, and make videos display with the common LED Boards on the street, So when companies post videos, They will be given a specific time that their videos will be publicized. That means the server is going to connecting remotely to the Board which will be receiving the signal wirelessly. I think it can be achieved with a great deal of network administrator, engineers and programmers. Is this kind of program achievable.
