These days I feel we&#39;re not just optimizing stuff to make everyone feel comfortable and included, but also adding complexity where it&#39;s not needed.
To be clear - I am 100% against any type of discriminatory behavior. I just don&#39;t get it, what&#39;s wrong with the &quot;Junior&quot; title. I don&#39;t see it as anything negative, nor does it bring negative emotions to me.
What do you think about it? Am I the only one who thinks this is absolutely unnecessary?
