printing Arabic in c++

I'm trying to print arabic characters in c++ using codeblocks, but all I'm getting are weird symbols, I did some research hoping to find the solution but all I got was people telling me that I need to change my IDE with put mentioning the one I need to change to, or telling to use character map by Unicode which is something that needs at least 4 characters just to print one letter, if you have an idea what is the proper way to do it please tell me
