Should I wait for my dream job or move on?

I need advice. I have a dream to join companies in two fields: education or crypto. In January I got interviewed by a company that would be my dream job, but for various reasons it was not the best time to join them. Things changed later this year and before I went into the market looking for jobs, I emailed the guy that interviewed me in the January asking if they would be opening positions soon. This was 14th september and the email looks like this:

We will confirm our plans at the end of this quarter (between the end of this month and october). We are very excited with people that would add up to our team, so we will definitely contact you!

This friday it will complete 4 weeks since I got this response. In that same day we chatted a little more about technologies and details. In the mean time I have refused lots of "bad" offers and a few good ones, but I'm really hyped to join this company focused on education. In fact, accepting any other job would let me down a little bit...

But should I move on? I mean, I'm waiting for weeks and I got to the point where I imagine if I'm doing the right thing here... I'm new to this whole thing of jobs, career and market, anyone with experience have some light?

Thanks in advance for any response

EDIT1: Thank you Jos Fabre, Kevin C., Ray Beggs and M! This topic is consuming me for a week and to see your opinions is also a hand in this climb. I will post the results soon!!!

EDIT2: I always have been extremely polite, friendly and open in my emails. The company is Udacity, and yes I have a crush on them. They always answered my emails very quickly but not this time:

Hey <name>, any updates?

Since I sent that I never heard back from them. I'm moving on, this week alone I got 4 offers and I wasn't even looking...

I want to thank everybody that helped me in this difficult time! Thank you!
