What are a few things that you can do at your workplace to motivate your fellow developers?
If you generalise at a very high level; there are two sorts of programmers :
- ones who constantly keep updating their knowledge, current best practices, and push others to use the same…
- ...and the ones, who are satisfied with what they know, and are happy with knowing just enough knowledge material needed for their job.
What are a few things as a fellow worker that you can do to push the latter programmers to be like the former ones? Should you even care, considering you have no managerial role whatsoever?
