What are your goals as a software engineer?

Curious to know what goals others have this year in SWD.

My goals are:

Successfully launch two MVPs I'm working on.

Build a smart contract project.

After building my Rest API creating documentation to break down each endpoint and architecture.

Hiring a team to help grow my SaaS business.
