What do you value most for an Opensource Project?

I am working with the OpenSource Embedded Real-time Operating System(RTOS) RT-Thread, RT-Thread was born in 2006, but this is the first year it is launching to the global, we are looking to sharing this opensource project with more people and getting the feedback as well so that we could progress.

Open Source is not just about sharing the code, it is about sharing every idea, talking with each other, exploring, finding more possibilities, and making progress together.
