What GUI dev tool do you use at work and which one would you prefer to use? Ex: Visual Studio

I used to write my code on my pc and test it on my browser, then I started using Cloud9 and testing over the web. Now I am trying to learn Visual Studio but I would like to know what professional businesses use besides Visual Studio.
