<p>I&#39;ve used a number of text editors in my short time developing. DreamWeaver, SubmlimeText, and Atom to name a few. I&#39;ve considered a true IDE like PHP/Web Storm but haven&#39;t taken the leap. What are you using for development and what was the deciding factor for you?</p>
