Well the first 'real' one, not counting projects with friends or things I published myself. was phalcon framework in php making passing transactions explicit for unittest purposes.

I made my first Open Source Contribution in 2018. The contribution was made to the Collect mobile application by Open Data Kit.
At the time, ODK's Collect app did not support escaping markdown characters using a backslash so I used regular expressions (Regex) to fix the issue. I can still remember when the pull request was merged, I was so excited. The link to the commit can be found here

My first commit to open-source project was simple commit with test coverage improvement of path.resolve in NodeJS. Thanks NodeJS's Code-And-Learn meetups for this opportunity!

My first contribution to open-source project was to my own repository back in 2014 when I was actively blogging for Sitepoint. It was a demo repository teaching how to use Ratchet Framework (it was very popular back then).

Here's the link to the repository: github.com/fazlerocks/ratchet_demo

I made my first open-source contribution in 2018 for Open Source Community Africa's website here. I added an item to the navigation bar and changed the border-radius of a button.

My first PR is a task to register Besut Kode Universitas (a challenge from Google to college student in Indonesia). It's my PR: https://github.com/inaka/elvis/pull/405

Just little change in docs. Hahahaha...

Small fix to the Go Datadog Opencensus exporter - making sure that stats are flushed on exporter stop.
