Can meteor be compared in same ground as angular, ember, backbone? Meteor looks like a fullstack and it comes with its own architecture from end to end, client side to server side along with db... correct me if I am wrong..

Yes, Meteor rocks. Meteor with react is quite good. And no need for flux or redux. Meteor does the magic.

I haven't used ExtJS since 2008. @Cadean is ExtJS an MVC framework? It wasn't back then. It was just a client library to build a standardized UI by providing functionality and visuals. nowadays we have these separated like a functionality framework (AngularJS et al) and visual (Material, Bootstrap et al).
