why hashnode doesn't prefer adding sticky navigation bar unlike Quora which has sticky navigation bar when I scroll the page.
I would love to see that sticky navigation bar and side bar where I can see bookmarks and topic even when I scroll down to the page.
There might be certain reason, if you are against this notion.
What is that ?
