A dev and The Zuri-HNGi8 Internship
Greetings!
I'm Kingsley Solomon, a Full-stack Developer with over 2 years of web development experience. I focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React and Node). In Pursue of becoming a better developer I enrolled to be a part of the Zuri internship program.
A little about Zuri-HNGi8
Zuri program is an 8 weeks, large scale(with over 10k participants) virtual internship for people learning to code and design(not limited to). It focuses on the post-training phase, and creates a virtual work environment for participants.
Zuri Internship is at its 8th Iteration. The Internship is designed to bring out the dev in you (I'm blogging now!...right?). One of the major advantage is, as a participant, you are exposed to real world situations - collaborations, deadlines, etc. In a very challenging field, its also a great way to boost your confidence and learn how to deal with pressure.
My Target/Goals during this Internship
To not get thrown out in the first week (very Important!).
Improve my technical and soft skills.
Build Something great with other developers.
Hopefully get to the final stage of the Internship (...really need that T-Shirt).
