Add Edit button to top of post, Save button to bottom of edit screen, and add a new section of the Dashboard for existing posts.

Right now, if I want to edit a blog post, I have to enter that post and then scroll all the way to the bottom of it (some of my posts are long). Once I've edited it, I then have to scroll right back up to the top to save it. Would it be possible to a...
