I have a extensive experience in project management and information technology. I'm currently delving deeper into cloud computing, specifically multicloud, aiming to create support for companies transitioning from their on-premises environments to the cloud.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to gain diversified experience in various organizational contexts. As an IT Manager at Santa Casa de Araraquara, I led projects focused on agility and the implementation of Scrum methodologies, resulting in increased efficiency and improved outcomes. As a Technology Manager, I was responsible for restructuring the server infrastructure, contract negotiation, and implementing information security policies, leading to cost reduction and enhanced data protection.

Furthermore, my experience as an independent consultant has provided me with opportunities to work on process consulting projects for small-scale companies, implementation of management systems and commercial automation, as well as revitalization of medical clinics, resulting in significant operational improvements and revenue growth.
