A tool to create blog image

Something, preferably from a given style/layout, where I can easily generate the image. Shorter posts it would be nice to not have to spend too much time on this.

Since I am already signed into Hashnode, it would be easier to just click "Subscribe with my Hahnode email" or similar: It would also be nice if I could list my subscriptions from my account and manage them.
