About Me
I am a Principal Architect for Vertex Inc. I have vast experience in both public and private cloud offerings and modernizing legacy systems. Some of my biggest projects include building DataStax Astra from the ground up and helping modernize Garmin International from a single tenant monolithic environment to a multi-datacenter, distributed system in a private cloud offering.
I also teach, a lot. I have 40+ courses on LinkedIn Learning on various development, language, framework, and architecture topics. I am also an adjunct instructor for the University of Kansas.
