About Me
I'm a Brazilian Electrical Engineer passionate about Computer Science and Software Development with a strong background in technical and managerial roles.
After college, I co-founded Kokar, a startup for Home Automation Solutions, where I led the software development and conducted the company through three rounds of investment. Kokar was the third company to ever successfully complete an equity crowdfunding campaign in Brazil. Also been the study case for CVM (regulatory agency) to write the normative instructions.
We were selected to join Tech Crunch in San Francisco, CA, and installed our solution in thousands of homes in all five regions of Brazil and our neighbor, Argentina.
With the goal of expanding the innovation ecosystem in Espirito Santo, I became the Innovation Manager at the University of Vila Velha (the best private university in the country times in a row). During that time, I had the chance to lecture about innovation and mentor over 200 groups.
Now, I'm pursuing an MS in Computer Science at Santa Clara University, where I collaborate with a diverse group of students and faculty in the Frugal Innovation Hub, providing solutions to businesses in developing countries.
