Mike Obiora

I have over 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and networks. My journey in the cloud began three years ago when I worked as an Azure Support Engineer. I worked as a billing and subscription engineer for Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Currently working as an IT Service Desk Supervisor and as a System Administrator, I have decided to fully move into cloud computing to be a Cloud/DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer.

Since I have the foundational knowledge needed to operate in the cloud, my journey thus far has been 60% autodidact. My goal is to start from the basics and document my learning as I transition into this path. My writings will be centered around the interpretation of cloud architecture designs, deployment, and topology.

While I understand that new beginners may not fit easily into this concept, I would still encourage every beginner interested in cloud computing to read my articles because I will be covering every basic and foundational knowledge needed to succeed in the cloud. I will also ensure that my writings are explanatory enough to guide new beginners, giving them the foundational understanding needed to thrive in the cloud.
