About Me

I see myself as the “0th customer” of the products I work with—testing, refining, and improving them before anyone else. This hands-on approach helps me understand the developer experience from the ground up, enabling me to advocate effectively for both the product and its users. Content I create a range of technical content—YouTube videos, blog posts, and practical applications. From detailed product integration videos to step-by-step tutorials, my goal is to simplify complex concepts and make technical knowledge accessible. Whether it’s an API walkthrough or a deep dive into architecture, I ensure the content is not only informative but also directly applicable for developers looking to build and innovate. Customer At Botpress, I had the privilege of working with major clients like Tesla, McDonald’s UK, and PayPal. My role involved resolving technical challenges while ensuring these clients derived true value from their investment. By optimizing workflows, implementing new features, and fixing issues, I focused on building long-lasting relationships through not just support, but impactful solutions. Code Throughout my DevRel journey, I’ve developed tools and projects to enhance the developer experience. I created the Botpress Learning Center, a comprehensive hub of training materials and interactive elements to help developers master conversational AI. The Botpress Styler project allowed easy customization of chat interfaces, while the Botpress Shopify App integrated intelligent bot interactions into Shopify, enriching e-commerce experiences. Each project aimed to reduce onboarding friction and facilitate easier adoption of the platform. Community Management Community is where DevRel truly shines. At Bito, I implemented strategic engagement initiatives that boosted Weekly Active Users (WAUs) from 22 to 84. By providing regular product updates, conducting feedback polls, and fostering genuine interaction, I transformed Bito’s community into a thriving space for developers. At Botpress, I hosted office hours, offering live support and personalized assistance to help developers tackle roadblocks, fostering a deeper connection within the community.
