You can do it with the custom redirect settings I think. I just noticed that under the advanced setting.s

I think similar behavior can be achieved by adding custom pages

Blog Dashboard => Pages

This adds the newly added page as a tab next to the Home (also can be ordered by setting page-priority)

Only Catch is - the tabs won't take you directly to an external link. Pages provide space for adding additional context, external links in this case

Each page can have brief info and an external link to the actual site
