Hi Adam,
Many thanks for this AMA. It is really helpful to get some advice from professionals like you. I have a question regarding the Frontend career path.
I am a professional Frontend Developer for more than two years. Most of this time I have worked with Angular and a small amount of React.
My question is that- Do you think it is good for a Frontend developer to have backend programming skills to advance the career? I see that Full Stack Developer seems a good resource to the team (And, I am surprised and bit depressed too to see in your intro that you are good at DevOps too ). I was confused about this from the very start. There are many things to learn in Frontend now (And I don't know how people manage to master a couple of frameworks)! Actually, I faced challenges in some of my recent frontend projects where the client required deployment skills like skills on Firebase, Docker and related ones. So, what your suggestions are in this regard? Should we just master HTML, CSS/SCSS, JS+Multiple Frontend Frameworks or require backend knowledge too?
