Dive in, head first.
HTML, CSS and JavaScript is the best starting point. Those are fundamental.
PHP, Node.js. Secondary, since logic is illogical without an understanding of how that code needs to be presented.
Those two will then act as a base, in which you will eventually use to learn other programming languages and runtime environnents.
Stay away from most frameworks at this point. Many will disagree, but they will also be looking for a new career in ten years.
If your intention is to get a high paying tech job as a 'fullstack developer', stop.
If your intention is to learn and evolve, with the understanding that - sometimes (if not, most of the time) - you will need to give up things you enjoy for things you need to learn properly and retain so it's well-produced. Go for it.
