Well, in a conference meeting with the whole team, my manager just called all the developers in the team "monkey" indirectly. He said "any monkey can code" when one of the fresher developers said he couldn't fix one of the bugs.
I was rolling my eyes throughout the meeting.
well he's right, you know... today anyone who follows a tutorial considers himself a programmer/webdeveloper/software developer... although they didn;t go through the annoyance of studying the stuff from university... you know all that moronic math, data structures, recursion, backtracking... algorithmic complexity... soo.. you just have to look past what he said and try to write good, easy to read code.

He should have know how to encourage so that he could learn how to fix the bug rather than calling devr. ๐
