Stack Overflow is a bad place for you, because it is openly very hostile and unfriendly to newbies. Even if you are a professional and make unique questions, they will close and classify as duplicates, and downvote you, then ban you. It is a site of arrogant and narcissitic people.

It is only worth only when you search to learn something new without posting questions.

Hashnode is the only newbie-friendly. Few questions about Angular and React here because Hashnode is a very new site so it has been built just two years ago, while Stack Overflow is very old, so it has been built since 2010s.

And avoid Quora.
