Something I've noticed while building AllInOneTools.net:
Many tools start simple and useful.
Then over time they add:
• AI features
• Dashboards
• Teams
• Workspaces
• Analytics
• Integrations
Eventually the original task gets buried under everything else.
Sometimes users don't want more features.
They just want the tool to do one thing really well.
I'd rather have a fast tool that solves one problem perfectly than a complex platform that tries to do everything.
What do you think?
Would you rather use a simple specialized tool or an all-in-one platform with dozens of features?
