I would want to know about the code quality, but few companies admit to writing bad code.
I think I might ask a developer "what happens when a bug is found?", but I haven't had a chance to try it.
I'm strongly of the opinion that most bugs are the result of bad architecture and coding practices.
If they blame individual developers for bugs, it seems toxic. If bugs are just things that happen and "we'll be careful next time", I'd be skeptical about the code quality. I'd want there to be some thought about how the bug can be prevented in the future.
What do you think, will it work? It's probably not for everyone, but I think it'd help me find a good fit.
