In my short experience, I’ve found interviews tend to be mostly one way in the direction of questioning the candidate.
When the candidate is asked if they have any questions, the usual response after a few seconds of thought is, “umm, no, but I’m sure I’ll think of some later”.
I’m assuming most people don’t know what type of questions to ask and haven’t written them down to jog themselves. As an employee I’d love to be asked some of the questions in this thread - and it would certainly add to a candidates score if one did!
