I usually ask the following:
- Where do you see the company/department in 5-10 years?
- Do people in [role] travel from X office to Y office?
- Am I going to work in a team? (usually already answered before but always on my mind)
- Do people change positions?
- Is there a fixed training period? If so ....?
- What are the travel requirements? (this one is often pre-answered as well)
- What do you feel about [company]?
