I am researching faster than I have time to write what I learn down, so very soon it will be a necessity to either record videos, or give talks in front of people just so I can get the information out there in a faster way!
I'm naturally introverted and pretty shy, so getting in front of a group of people to deliver a talk seems intimidating, let's how long it us until my desire to share with others eclipses my fear of public speaking :3
None.
Now don't get me wrong, I really want to learn, improve my skills, and all the things like that. But from the career point of view, I'm pretty much where I always wanted to be.
Right now I'm the lead developer of a startup company. I spend my days developing an awesome product, occasionally giving a helping hand to colleagues. I choose my hours to work, I work with a stack I know well, and I work for a company I can resonate with.
I have the chance to learn new things, and to apply this knowledge to my work if appropriate. I have the chance to work on some private projects, which also helps me to develop myself.
From this position, the next step would be to become a CTO, or a similar manager role. Trust me, you don't want /that/ (unless you want to ruin your company).
