First of all, I wouldn't be too sure about all of the authors being guys - many packages have authors that are not sporting a full name and profile pick to tell, so just keep that in mind.

That being said, the best thing we can do is promote females that publish something great, or contribute in other ways, like Sarah does with her tutorials, courses and articles. Spread the word on twitter, discord and other places suitable.

Sidenote: Sarah just joined us and will support our docs team with more and better examples, recipes and certainly some lines of code here and there ;)
