There hasn't been anything so far that will help you build an app that will support both the platform because Android and iOS are different framework. Though Apple has been working on it but we won't be seeing this happen anytime soon. There's multiple reasons behind it.

You can start with ionic3 because it'll support both android and ios. But if you used some 3rd party API then you have to take care. Because when i used facebook accountkit in ionic, then it'll work fine but when build in android and ios then accountkit give error and I tried everything, but not worked. After that i build the same application in android studio and ios. Rather than I found ionic is very easy and flexible
