Two thoughts: (1) the Spanish language support is huge — bilingual accessibility is often an afterthought, (2) have you considered adding voice interaction? Many people in these situations are stressed, not tech-savvy, or have disabilities. We built AnveVoice (anvevoice.app) to let users control websites by voice — real actions like filling forms and navigating pages, not just chat. For a tool like JustPath, voice-driven triage could be a game-changer for the people who need it most. Really impressive build.
