I’ve been working on a project called Sensytalk WhatsApp API and chatbot automation platform.
The problem I noticed: Many businesses still handle WhatsApp chats manually, which leads to slow responses and missed leads.

What I learned: Building automation workflows is more complex than expected, especially when handling real-time messaging and scalability.
