Client Requirements are efficiently clarified, approved and managed by most modern dev teams
My recent conversations with developers shows on the whole they are very happy with IDE's, but pre-planning and certainly the functional requirements documentation still lacks best practice process and tools. Yay or Nay?
I'm not sure tools are the problem, making things to lengthy and formal and abstract might be worse than just cutting some layers and talking to clients more directly...
