Remote work is the future if you ask me. There are lots of successful companies that are fully remote. Gitlab, Basecamp, Buffer, InVision, etc.

I recommend everyone to read REMOTE: Office Not Required before deciding whether to go remote. Some people don't like that style of work and prefer face-to-face communication most of the time, while some people love it. It all depends on the person.

I'm 100% for remote work. My productivity has increased immensely and I have the chance to work for any company in the world while enjoying Novi Sad and work-life balance.

AWESOME Milica, Thank you for your response!! I checked out your link and watched a few of the videos there and I suppose my mind was already made up 😅. I too think that remote work is the future.
