I personally feel that both Front-end and backend have more stuffs to learn individually.
As a front end developer, I can get into the backend source code and do some minor changes for me without depending on backend devs. This doesn't mean I am a full stack dev.
Backend devs must have good logical skills and algorithmic approach towards solving a problem, when compared with front end.
Guys can you please share your thoughts?
I don't see why not. After over 30 years in development, it feels only natural that you expand your field of expertise to different areas, often at the same time. Backend, frontend, even wider.

Yes. They do exist. One misconception most of the people have is that Fullstack Dev = Backend Expert + Frontend Expert.. which is never the case. You can't be Jack of all and master of all at the same time, of course the amount of knowledge one has in both the technologies can vary
