Yoga works for me. It has little movement but works out the entire body. 20 minutes of Yoga twice a day should take care of exercises!
Being healthy and fit definetly makes a huge difference in my job performance. My personal advice generally is, if you take care of yourself you can take care of anything else.
'Health' is a very wide topic. Could be physical health or mental health. Just a scratch or a strong pain. So there is no general advice for every health related problem other then: go and see a doctor! (and don't trust Google)
