People voting for 'No' should understand that Agile is an old and tested method. You need to consider the fact that it greatly helps bigger organisations to develop software in an organised and tested manner. Though there are many different methodologies available, Agile has always proven itself to be the best.
In Agile, People and interactions are emphasized rather than the processes and tools. The best part is that even late changes to the software are appreciated. This helps developers stay happy and work without additional work load.
