Hello friends!
I am Rojhan Paydar, but most people call me Ro! I am a front-end web developer, and a recent graduate from Juno College of Technology in Toronto Ontario. Since 2018, coding has been of interest to me, but I truly didn't think I could make it. I thought I had to be a rocket scientist to become a developer. I didn't give myself a fighting chance to see my true potential! Now, I am one and a half months graduated, with over 7,500 followers on Twitter, and I continue to grow in this wonderful coding community everyday! I have developer friends from all over the world, I've spoken for podcasts, live streams and panels, and created some really amazing projects. If you told me this would be my life in 2018, I would have laughed and never believed you. I'm here today to tell you, when you believe in yourself, the possibilities are endless!
Here are some topics we can go over:
We can talk about any of the above! If you are following my journey through social media and have a question that is not listed, please feel free to ask! I shall return to answer all your Qs LIVE on Tuesday, August 26th @ 6:00 PM GMT. See ya there!
I'm glad to see that you can make application programming pleasantly after only three months. In general, you need a lot more time to understand the basics to lay the groundwork for a program. You have to have special skills to do that so that you can quickly learn to be a developer. play run
I've been needing to change occupations, and there's a six-month bootcamp covering JavaScript and Node coming up in my area. i am working on two slope unblocked and impossible quiz .
Hey, I am a full-stack developer from India. Currently working from Infosys company. I want to create one website like the eq webmail portal which will allow users to log in and access online free education-related stuff, Which languages should I go with? Please guide, thanks.
I've been wanting to change careers and there is a 6 month bootcamp coming up in my area covering JavaScript and Node. It runs about $13k and it would require me quitting my job of ten years so I'm wondering if this is worth it? What kind of salary should I expect starting out? Do employers hire people with only this bootcamp as my experience? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
Hey Ro it's me again.
I just thought in more questions for you!
How do you track and divide the time you spend in your daily tasks? do you have an specific time to dedicate to your Twitter community or it just flows with the day? do you have any process to help you out with what you want to accomplish?
Thank you in advance :)
Hey Ro,
Thanks for doing this AMA
My main question is, how do you make sure you provide valueble content to an audience? It’s a floaded market online, so how do you stand out?
Hi Ro,
Could you share tips on how to stay focused while coding? I find it hard to focus on one project and keep starting new ones without finishing any.
Thanks a lot.
Hello Ro !
Are you planning on doing freelance work, or getting a full-time job ? Which one you think is better for someone who has just graduated ?
All the best :)
There are 2 types of job searching...
Learn parallelly and side by side search for the job.
First finished all learning essentials as per market trend and then start looking for the job.
Which one is good strategy and why?

Hey Ro. I am a huge fan, especially on Twitter. Love your content. 🥰
My questions 1) What would you do differently if you had a chance to start coding all over again?
2) What advice do you wish you got when you started your coding journey?
3) What resources would you recommend for code newbies?
Hey Ro,
I would like know about the resources for the newbie in frontend developer. I knew the path(somewhat) to start coding i.e html>>CSS>>JS etc but 1)what resources should the newbies like me use? 2)Is self study sufficient or should we go for online classes? 3)At what stage of my learning should I go for certification? 4) what are Best Certification in front end developer?
I hope this are relevant questions. Thank you

What is an average day like for you now? What are your goals and what do you think are your next few steps? What advice would you give to someone that is just starting a bootcamp now?
Hey Ro!
Here is my question:
How do you keep yourself motivated? I mean there is this rush of energy whenever you are going to start something new, but what is your mental process to keep things going on at certain peace until you complete your goal either if is finish a project, finish to read some book, finish #100DaysOfCode, etc?
Thank you in advance!
Hey Ro,
Thanks for doing this AMA!
I've got a couple of questions:-
In India, most people refrain from talking about topics like mental health (maybe bcoz of being judged). What advice would you give to someone to freely share their feelings with others like how they feel or think?
What does it take to create a better Twitter following?
I've seen many amazing CSS arts floating over my twitter feed. What resources you would point to make beginners learn that rocket science? 😂
Here's my 2nd question:
Who are some of the devs that you look up to in the dev community?
Hey Rojhan, thanks for hosting this AMA.
I have been reading various articles on how to improve mental health being a developer. It's really important because we are currently living in a year where a lot of things are happening around us. Coincidentally, I came across you AMA on Hashnode.
What are some tips or habits that you follow?
