There's a sudden rise in the number of companies conducting Hackathons to hire software developers. Do you think they end up hiring the best candidates?
It shows how you can work in a pressure cooker, but unless you're hiring me to work in that kind of environment every day (oh please I hope not) there's not much to glean from somebody's hackathon performance.
