1. Check laravel minimum requirements by phpinfo().
   • PHP >= 5.5.9
   • OpenSSL PHP Extension [enabled]
   • PDO PHP Extension [enabled]
   • Mbstring PHP Extension [enabled]
   • Tokenizer PHP Extension [enabled]
2. Create new laravel app.
3. Now compress it (.zip or other which godaddy can uncompress).
4. Upload it to Godaddy
5. Uncompress file.
6. set domain file path to [folder name]/public

If you have SSH access then you can use laravel full potential

I tested and it's working.
