I recently moved from being a mid-level developer at a software firm into freelancing and then into Lead Developer/CTO role for a start-up. I totally feel underqualified and overwhelmed with all the management tasks I'm learning to do while I code. Can anyone give advice on steps to take to become a better leader of developers or maybe even some daily or weekly actions you perform?
Some thoughts of mine without a specific order:
This was broken by A and B. Don't be this guy.Oh i didn't know this, thanks since you are a human so it is impossible to know everything after all

More importantly, don't be afraid of making mistakes and don't freak out due to the amount of tasks. Exercise your body (running is a good option).
Be proud of yourself, you made to lead developer!
Cheers.
