I practice mindfulness meditation every day for 30 minutes, try to do yoga (2 sun salutations every day and a longer session at least once a week), run 2-3 times a week and do some power exercise every day or two (push-ups, squats, deeps, lunges and rope skipping)
These days it's much easier to keep up because I'm unemployed, but most of this routine was the same when I was working.
