That about wraps it up for me. Thanks everyone, I had a great time answering all of your questions. If you have any more, feel free to contact me on Twitter (@markdalgleish) ππ
Do you feel like being a developer is what you want to do for the rest of your life or is it a transitional state to something else? In other words, what do you want to become when you grow up?
CSS Modules is awesome!
Do you know about and ever tried Atomizer from Yahoo? github.com/acss-io/atomizer/blob/master/README.md
How did you come up with the idea of CSS Modules? How was the initial journey?
Now that it's popular what are some of the future plans for CSS Modules?
Thanks for your time.
What does your development set up look like? What machines, code editors etc do you use? Also, could you show us a glimpse of your desk? :D
What are your thoughts on React custom renderers ? Specially the one which renders a component to a word document π P.S. - I'm working on it π
Hi Mark, I am super curious to know about the tech scene in Melbourne (and Australia in general). Could you please tell us a little bit about it?
Normally the chatter is all about what goes in the Valley, but booming tech centers like Berlin and Copenhagen can't be overlooked anymore. We can change the world from anywhere and I've come to the conclusion it's not always about what goes on in the Valley or Seattle, so to speak. How does Australia fit into the scheme of things?
I am a huge fan of Cricket and most things I know about Australia through cricket. I would love to hear about Australia from the whole tech perspective.
In the SEEK styleguide, there is a Text component. Do you wrap every single text in the app in one of these Text components?
What are your thoughts on AngularJS or Angular 2, 3? Would you recommend a beginner to use Angular today? Why and why not?
What are your thoughts on Facebookβs BSD+Patents License? Are you for or against this move?
I am very fascinated by good designs and I have a fair understanding of what is good and what is not. But when we talk about creating one from scratch I go all blank. I am good with my programming skills but haven't been able to do much in this sphere. How would you suggest me go about this? I want to improve and be able to come up with a good design when required.
Hello Mark, What type of projects you recommend using CSS Modules and with which technology?
Hey Mark, How did you become the lead organizer of MelbJS?
Does CSS Module affect performance or does it make it better on a javascript based scale project?
In which kinds of projects, you wouldn't recommend using CSS Modules?

Now that we're seeing things like the CSS Grid become native, let's jump a few years into the future.
Let's say that CSS4 is being released in a month... what would you like to see it be able to do? Also, do you think that a pre-processor like Sass should become native to it since it adds a great deal of functionality in terms of variables, mixins, conditionals, etc.?
