human defect: short-sightedness plus unability to cause the chosen life (otherwise it would choose a good life)
Akrasia (a.k.a. lack of self-control) is a nasty one.
Frankly, we all need a firmware update of the inference- and decision-making module. Better fallacy detection, a better statistics library, and heuristics and biases more apt to the 21st century.
Hardware Cost would be high when Greed for Resources is more.. It is Performance Optimisation Bug..
Male Nipples.. WTH do we need these for?
Not necessarily a bug, but the human Coccyx would be commented out code.
Failing to return an error code on death, at least most humans leave a stacktrace which doctors can use to figure out why a human died.
I know the best thing would be the possibility to restore a commit from when we were mid 20s ;-)
The fact that as I get older my queue workers are more concerned with growing body hair in new places than healing bumps and bruises.
That thing when you go to another room and then forget what you wanted to do there. Or open the fridge and then just stare inside. Or close the tab and immediately open the website you just closed in a new one.
Yeah we definitely have some segmentation fault problems.
Reproduction.
9 month build time? WTH...
I'd say we would have to act a lot more like the Vulkans in Star Trek: Enterprise. If humans were software, we would have some kind of learning algorithms in order to improve and adapt, so I wouldn't say that errors and wrong things we do (due to lacking experience) are bugs. To err is human, still!
I do especially consider aggressive behavior a bug. Why can we not stay calm and talk things out? In a direct approach? Apropos direct: gossiping about / bad mouthing others! Another bug. It only bringst forth bad blood and dirstrust. If there is a problem, let's talk to each other and not about one another when the person in question is not present.
Unfortunately, I see people with that kind of behavior everywhere, even here, which kinda makes me sad.
Another bug is hatred and envy. There usually is no good reason to hate someone or envy some one, because the other person usually has their own reasons for certain behaivors and their situation.
Egoism, gluttony, greed, sloth, etc. Yes, I am anti-Capitalism and I don't see the future in Socialism, either (it's too extreme sometimes, too). If we could work together in order to improve humanity as a whole, there would be no unemployment. Everyone would do something in order to upgrade the whole system. It's not about sharing what you have, but working towards a common goal. At least, that's my opinion :) But then again....
All -isms are bad.

We need a more balanced life!
Prejudice is a bug. We should get rid of prejudice, stereotypes and especially consequent racism. Instead, we have to accept that we do not know certain things about other people and instead of using bits and pieces in order to construct a picture in our mind stay calm and order what we know and try to find out more about the other sides of others. Just one example: Japan is known to be the most perverted country in the world, bright, flashy with a very big entertainment sector. Did you know that many people there work too much and commit suicide? Did you know that the birth rate in Japan is on the decline, because people do not want to have a relationship? And there are so many more sides to the Japanese. It's the same for everyone else! As a German, whenever I talk to people from a different country, most of them assume that I eat Sauerkraut with any meal. I do not even like that stuff!
One thing we have a lot is bullying and harassment, for example in school and office. I deem that a bug. It often stems from people being different. Differences should be welcomed, analyzed and learned from!
I am pretty sure there are a lot more things which are bad behavior and should be considered bugs we have to fix.
Apart from behavior (which might be the most obvious), there are other things which might be considered bugs too, for example genetic defects like cancer. There are people who say that those are nature's way of keeping balance, so it might be an interesting discussion if mechanisms which try to keep nature's balance are bugs, but imho, if we say that nature is nature and humans are software, illnesses and defects should be considered bugs which have to be eradicated and immortality-research is one science which tries to fix them.
Hmm. There might be more factors, but for now I cannot come up with more :)
well i would split it into multiple parts of software first we have genetics which are the building data structure which is compatible with the biological interfaces to reproduce certain features but it's mainly information so this blueprint is why I would have the analogy of it to be software.
So there are certain events how the existing DNA you already have changes in different ways based on non genetic alterations "environmental factors". it's called epigenetics than there is the "miracle of birth" which is basically a merge of the different genepairs which can be as for eye colors be a sort of "boolean" pairs and others are more complex like "how does the lounge work" as well as the brain functions -> are you smarter ? tougher ? higher chance of getting drug addicted and so on.
The reason why I put this first is because now the nature of bugs can be different and the question in nature of the difference between bug, feature, refactoring or old useless feature (apendix)
i am neither a biologist nor a biochemist nor a geneticist nor a psychologist so this is crude and just an idea of how to abstract my thoughts
We have "genetic bugs" for example the downsyndrom, certain inherited diseases where you have to be unlucky enough that 2 healthy parents have a genetic code that via the merge replaces the "wrong" parts and you have a rare disease.
so we could call them "core logic bugs" because basically those things should not fail.
than we have the epi-genetic bugs which are as mentioned environmental and are more or less transferred to your genetics but you did not necessarily inherit them or maybe you just inherited a higher chance to develop them like schizophrenia or depression and so on.
They don't have to break out often even skip one generation but still they remain in the "core code" and can be triggered by the environment also they can be healed in some cases. We still know little about them.
Another nice feature are psychological bugs like the confirmation bias or other prehistoric remnants of behavior in the modern society where the immanent death is more important than the future death ... which is just inherit to human nature.
I can go on :D but I already overlapped several fields with my personal narrative and I personally love @hipkiss91 answer ;D ... which is a "to the point" answer rather than my ... blabla complex system blablaba so many differten types of bugs blablabla :)

In fact, humans run on a software, partily created by their own free will. That is the bug (to run on a software)! (I am serious). Every beliefs and desires are a bug, considering the potential of the human machine. The fix is already there: free will. Once it is activated in the way we choose to erase all bugs, the machine can run on its programless mode, based on Conscience knowing exactly what the best decision and action is, in every situation, and following it. It is not desire based, nor belief based. There are techniques to achieve this. The bug is : not to choose to use them. Up to now, the fix is the bug (free will) we need to, from within, choose to go behond the hard coded code). As a starting point, one can look at the genetic codec system, and see that it had to exist before the first gene to record: one of many proofs in that codec system that shows that we are of inteligent origin and logically, from an non physical (material level) of the universe. Otherwise that Creator(s) should have faced the same problem of the need of a genetic system. This is important because, once we see all scientific facts showing only that conclusion, we can accept to investigate behind the code. Inf act, a story like the one from Jesus give one conclusion among others: One needs to learn to perceive the difference between what comes from reality and the creator, and what comes from something else, whatever how things look like, or are hidden to the eye. It's like choosing our programming. Until then, the bug is to follow the program that does not lead to awakenning of the conscience, but entraping our psyche in vicious circles, just for the pleasure, contless holy McDonald's #1 combo, repeating the same experiences that give us pleasure, even if the real taste is not good. People like and get pleasure from borring tv, believe fast food tastes good, etc. Sleeping leads to many bugs. Ad look for what they vote!
