How are you managing to WFH during this pandemic period? Are you more productive than before?
How did you get your first dev job and which company it was? How was your experience?
Do you still get cold feet before going to the stage?
You are active in the community space and founded JSLovers - a non-profit tech community for the developers. What significant challenges have you faced along the way and what advice do you have for beginners and already community managers?
Can you share some best practices that have worked for you and your community?
The tech stack in my company is very very old. A simple feature takes days to build. I have tried convincing my manager(s) to move to modern stack like Nextjs (MERN) but they don't want to give it a shot.
How can I convince my team? Do you have any idea?
Hi Neha, you speak and teach at developer events, how did you get into public speaking and how has it affected your career?
Hi Neha! Thanks for doing this AMA. If you have to start learning programming all over again, what advice would you give to yourself?
Hi Neha, thanks for the AMA. Can you show your dev environment?
Hey Neha! Thanks for doing this.
What advice do you have for beginners or intermediates who look forward to technical writing?
What resources or best practices can you recommend?
Hi Neha, thanks for this AMA session!
What's your advice on building UI components in isolation outside the main project environment?
When do you advice a front-end engineer to practice this while working on projects?
What tools will you recommend also?
Hi Neha, Fazle here from team Hashnode. Thanks for hosting this AMA, I am sure the dev community will learn a lot from your experience.
My questions to you:
Hi Neha,
Thanks for doing the AMA for us. I have the following two questions.
1) What are good resources to learn the accessibility of web applications? I am using this tutorial w3.org/WAI/tutorials which contains how to improve the accessibility of the Menu bar, Page structure, Image Carousel, Tables and Forms. Is this sufficient?
2) How to support web application to the blind & color-blind users. How to do that ?
How to get started in design? I want to learn the Fundamentals of Design Principle like color theory, selecting font, spacing and so on as a Frontend developer. Recommend me some sources.

How to achieve best First Meaningful Paint, First Contentful Paint.
When I refresh few websites, the core layout stays same. Only the dynamic content loads again. So, there wont be white blank screen when refreshed.
How to achieve this.

Hi Neha, we recently made Devblog publicly available to all. It's a service from Hashnode that lets you build a developer blog in seconds. As a developer, you get the advantage of blogging on your domain for free (building your own domain authority) and still pushing your content to Hashnode's community for extra visibility. It also has tons of Dev specific optimizations like writing in markdown, SEO customizations, drafts, and more.
What are your thoughts?
