There is no connection to REST, API development and any programming language like PHP.

Please use Google for such simple questions. There are a lot of links if you will type "php rest"

Thanks for your reply.

I just want to create a aplication using restful web service but i dont have any idea about web service.

And I have discussed with my colleagues and no one knows about web service. so, if i stuck while am creating the application am cant to move forward so, i'm looking for any well known persons to guide me :)

In that case you should first read about how the Web works and especially the HTTP protocol. It IS very important and crticial to know before doing any kind of web development both back-end or front-end.

Google "HTTP", "OSI model", "HTTP GET", "HTTP POST", "HTTP cookies", "HTTP headers", "HTTP status codes", "HTTP API standards"
