I adore listening to music while coding. It helps to focus

I used to listen to a lot of Disney music while coding, but I find songs with words tend to be distracting. I recommend classical music, disco (without words), and those alpha wave thingies.

But if i listen to music that is too downbeat, i find i get distracted even more that listening to music with words... guess ya kinda have to have a balance.

most of the time i listen to Classical musics like the old handel messiah composed songs and also the orchestra most of the time

There's almost always some noise, so I like to have some music which is less distracting than the noise.

Epic music (search Youtube) works well, there are no words but it's still "energetic".

It varies depending on my mood as well as the complexxity of the task but I try to listen to stuff like binural beats or similar so that there's not lots of stuff that distract me from my work but I'm also not just listening to static lol.
