I think that more flexibility should be given to the user to what should appear in the email header like:

• What logo should appear, because sometimes the logo might look ok on the blog but not in the email or may be the logo doesn't fit in the required dimension.

• And also whether the blog title should appear below the logo or not.

I guess atleast these two things should depend on user's preference.
